DFS Week 6 Builds: Jacobs Workload, Jeanty Versatility, and Low-Cost Stacks Define the Slate

After some chaos last week (and no wins to show for it), Week 6 offers a reset with several paths to steady points and bounce-back value. Between high-volume running backs, mid-tier receivers, and flexible stacking options, this slate has the potential to swing back in our favor.

DraftKings Lineup

Play Breakdown:
Justin Herbert anchors the DraftKings build in what should be a fast-paced matchup with Miami. Ladd McConkey fits the stack as he finally had a good game last week and hoping he repeats that again this week. Jake Ferguson has been the top tight end in fantasy this year, and should be in line for another big week.

Josh Jacobs may have seen his touchdown streak end, but the workload hasn’t. Ashton Jeanty’s dual-threat skill set continues to flash, making him a worthy pairing. Horton and Legette round out the receiving corps as low cost flyers with real upside. Green Bay’s defense provides cap-friendly stability against Cincinnati.

Odunze has fully established himself as Chicago’s WR1, and by adding Jakobi Meyers on the bring-back, this lineup bets on a high-scoring shootout with both sides contributing. Ricky Pearsall is a steady-value WR with strong usage, and Hunter Henry repeats as a budget-friendly TE who still brings touchdown equity.

In the backfield, James Cook has emerged as one of Buffalo’s most consistent weapons. Cam Skattebo is the value RB: with Tyrone Tracy sidelined, his playing time is up, and with mobile QB Jaxson Dart running the show, the read-option looks should open bigger lanes and boost his efficiency. Kyren Williams adds FLEX stability with a reliable workload. Buffalo’s defense slots in as a premium DST against a turnover-prone Saints offense.

DFS Week 2 Lineups: Ricky Pearsall the Key Value Play Across Both Sites

This week’s builds lean on shaky secondaries, reliable target-getters, and running backs with touchdown equity. Two platforms, two lineups, one goal: balanced floor with upside ceiling.

Play Breakdown:
Drake Maye gets the call in this build. Miami’s secondary made Daniel Jones look good last week, and Maye has the chance to follow that script — though I’m not fully “all in” until New England dials up designed runs for him. Pairing him with Hunter Henry creates a cheap QB–TE stack.

At RB, Jahmyr Gibbs brings efficiency and receiving juice, while Derrick Henry is Baltimore’s workhorse, the focal point of their offense with multi-touchdown upside every week.

At WR:

Hollywood Brown carries shootout potential.
Ricky Pearsall projects as San Francisco’s WR1 with George Kittle out. Don’t be scared off by Mac Jones — he’s shown he can feed his top receivers. Last year Brian Thomas Jr. averaged 16 PPG with Jones compared to 12.5 with Trevor Lawrence. That’s the template for Pearsall.
Zay Flowers complements Henry in Baltimore’s offense as their top underneath weapon.

A.J. Brown fills FLEX as Philly’s alpha WR, while the Lions defense is the home value play.

DraftKings Lineup

Play Breakdown:

Mike Evans remains the go-to touchdown threat in Tampa.
Puka Nacua should dominate targets in Los Angeles even with the addition of Davante Adams and provides steady floor with spike potential.
Brian Thomas Jr. is Jacksonville’s WR1 with a new play-caller, giving him genuine upside.

George Kittle offers a strong ceiling at tight end, while the Patriots defense is a value home play with a decent matchup.

Play Breakdown:
Jones at $5,100 is one of the best QB values on the slate, and stacking him with Pittman Jr. brings built-in correlation. Chase Brown and James Conner are the steady RB plays, while Mike Evans provides touchdown equity at a discount.

Ricky Pearsall serves as the cheap WR pivot to unlock the rest of the build, and George Kittle carries upside at TE. Yes, that is two 49ers without Brock Purdy at QB, but Persall is just too cheap to pass up, as is Kittle. Brian Thomas Jr. fills the FLEX role as Jacksonville’s featured receiver, with the Cardinals defense rounding out the roster as a budget-friendly fit against what could be the worst offense in the league.

FanDuel: Leans on star power at RB and WR with Bijan Robinson and Puka Nacua.
DraftKings: Balances the roster with Brown, Conner, and Pearsall, while still featuring the Jones–Pittman stack.

The overlap: Daniel Jones + Michael Pittman Jr. is the stack across both builds, with Mike Evans’ touchdown equity and Brian Thomas Jr.’s WR1 role serving as core plays. Don’t be scared of that Colts duo, as Danny Dimes will provide value with his legs and the Dolphins secondary isn’t expected to provide much opposition with Jack Jones and a guy who is literally named Storm Duck as starting corners.
